A two-member team will carry out an independent review of the first one and half year of EIA implementation. The specific objectives of this assignment will be to:

• Assess and score the project progress against the original outputs and purpose set out in the logical framework;
• assess the effectiveness of the EIA project management;
• provide lessons learnt so far;
